Whether we shipped your RuggedMade order via USPS or UPS, or it's a freight shipment being handled by one of our approved LTL carrier partners, we give you more than one way to find the answer to the most common e-comm question . . . Where's my stuff?
Most orders ship within two business days, and once your order has left our warehouse, it's easy to track the shipment. You can do it yourself!
Click the link in your shipment confirmation email
The best way to track your order is by referring to your shipment confirmation email. As soon as each package of your order ships, our system generates an email (per package) that will include the shipment number, the carrier it shipped with, and a linked tracking number.
Just click the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email, and it will take you to the RuggedMade tracking page for your order shipments. This page displays a progress timeline and shipping status for each shipment (package) in your order.
Clicking the tracking number in the shipping status will take you to the carrier's tracking site.
Log in to your RuggedMade customer account
If you don't have access to your shipment confirmation email, you can log into your RuggedMade account to access the RuggedMade tracking page for your order. You can sign in using the link below or by clicking the Sign In link at the top of the website.
Go to your Order History and click View Order for the order you want to see tracking info for.
Then click the Order Shipments tab and click the tracking number in any shipment to view the RuggedMade tracking page.
Tracking a guest order, or with only Order # and email or zip code
Suppose you don't have access to your shipment confirmation email or have not yet created a RuggedMade customer account. Don't worry! You can still get to the RuggedMade tracking page to find shipment details for your order by clicking the link below or the Track Order button at the top of the website.
To access your order shipment tracking using the Track Order form, you must enter your Order # and either the email used when placing the order or the zip code you shipped to.
Once you've entered those details, click the Look Up My Order button to see a brief order summary and status. To get to the RuggedMade tracking page, click the View Order Details button.
If you know which carrier your order shipped with and your parcel shipment's tracking number, or your freight shipments PRO number, entering it into the carrier's website's tracking tool is another way to obtain the most up-to-date tracking status.
